No returns accepted without prior approval. All returns subject to inspection before credit is issued. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Opened items may not be returned. Authorized returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping fee refunded only if the return is a result of our error.
